3. About the Service
Snapweb provides AI-assisted and partially automated website generation and related website subscription services.
Our services may include:
- AI-assisted website generation;
- WordPress website setup;
- website delivery;
- temporary free trial access;
- hosting-related coordination;
- domain-related provisioning;
- SSL-related configuration;
- website continuity support;
- limited maintenance and technical administration;
- and related support services.
Snapweb uses WordPress open-source software, automation workflows, third-party providers, plugins, technical integrations, and artificial intelligence tools as part of service delivery.
4. Eligibility
You may use our services only if:
- you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- the information you provide is accurate and complete;
- your use of the service is lawful;
- you are authorized to act on behalf of any business or organization you represent.
If you use the services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
5. Service Request and Website Generation
To request a website, you may be asked to submit a form with:
- your name;
- your email address;
- and project-related information.
After receiving your request, Snapweb may use automation systems, AI tools, hosting infrastructure, templates, workflows, WordPress environments, and internal technical processes to generate and deliver your website.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- generated websites are produced through automated and AI-assisted methods;
- outputs may vary based on the quality and specificity of your input;
- generated websites may contain imperfections, assumptions, placeholders, inconsistencies, formatting issues, or content requiring manual editing;
- Snapweb does not guarantee that generated output will fully match your subjective expectations, aesthetic preferences, commercial preferences, or intended business positioning.
The service is designed to produce a launchable and editable website environment, not a guaranteed bespoke agency-grade custom design engagement unless explicitly agreed in writing.
6. Delivery Time
Where Snapweb states or advertises a delivery timeframe such as “within 24 hours”, this is a target delivery timeframe and not an unconditional guarantee unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Delivery may be affected by:
- incomplete or unclear input;
- provider or infrastructure delays;
- hosting or deployment issues;
- software failures;
- third-party service interruptions;
- anti-abuse or verification checks;
- force majeure events;
- or other operational factors outside our reasonable control.
7. Free Trial
7.1 Trial Period
Once your generated website is delivered or made available to you, you may receive a 5-calendar-day free trial (“Free Trial”).
7.2 Trial Access
During the Free Trial, you may be able to:
- access your website;
- log into the WordPress admin area;
- edit your content;
- use AI-assisted editor tools or related features where available.
7.3 Trial Expiry and Deletion
If you do not purchase a paid subscription before the Free Trial ends, Snapweb may suspend, deactivate, or permanently delete your website and related environment immediately after the 5-day trial or within up to 2 additional calendar days as part of internal deletion cycles, infrastructure processing, or scheduled cleanup workflows.
You are solely responsible for exporting, copying, or preserving any content you wish to retain before the trial expires.
7.4 No Obligation to Preserve Trial Website
Unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing, Snapweb has no obligation to preserve, archive, restore, or maintain an unpaid trial website after the trial period ends.
8. Paid Subscription
8.1 Subscription Model
If you decide to keep your website after the Free Trial, you may purchase a monthly or yearly subscription, subject to the plans and pricing made available at the time of purchase.
8.2 One Subscription Per Website
Each subscription covers one website only.
If you want multiple websites, you must purchase a separate subscription for each website.
8.3 What the Subscription May Include
Unless otherwise stated in a specific offer, your subscription may include:
- continued website availability;
- hosted website continuity;
- domain-related provisioning where included;
- hosting-related coordination;
- SSL-related configuration or maintenance where applicable;
- basic continuity support;
- and platform-level maintenance necessary to keep the website operational within the normal intended scope of the service.
8.4 What the Subscription Does Not Include
Unless expressly included in writing, the subscription does not include:
- unlimited revisions;
- bespoke design requests;
- custom development;
- manual redesign work;
- branding strategy;
- legal review of your website;
- regulatory compliance review;

9.3 Recurring Billing
If your plan is recurring, you authorize recurring charges on the selected billing cycle until cancellation, non-renewal, suspension, or termination in accordance with these Terms.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
10.2 Limited Refund Exception
Snapweb may consider a refund only where:
- you have already paid; and
- Snapweb is unable to provide the website or service within an expressly promised delivery framework for reasons attributable solely to Snapweb.

Because the service includes AI-assisted generation, automation, user-editable delivery, and a Free Trial period, you acknowledge that:
- subjective dissatisfaction;
- design preference;
- commercial preference;

11. Checkout and Immediate Performance Consent
By purchasing or subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that:
- you are requesting immediate commencement of a digital service;
- service performance may begin before any statutory withdrawal period expires;
- website generation, provisioning, access setup, and technical preparation may begin immediately after your order or request.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, once performance has begun, your statutory right of withdrawal may be reduced or lost where such legal consequence validly applies.
12. User Content and Customer Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all content, data, prompts, media, materials, and instructions you submit or cause to be submitted.
You represent and warrant that:
